The Training Year

READY. SET. GO.

The 11-month Training Year is designed to produce Biblically grounded and Technically equipped individuals and families who are ready to enter into ministry on the mission field.

Your mornings will be filled with Bible instruction studying truths like the authority and inerrancy of Scripture, God’s heart for the Nations, spiritual warfare, presenting and living the gospel, and discipleship and church planting principles.

Men’s afternoons will be filled with practical skills training instruction in areas such as: heavy equipment operation, natural resource management, building construction, mechanics, welding, plumbing and electrical, and community planning.

Women’s afternoons will be filled with practical instruction in homemaking, marriage and family, homeschooling, women’s ministry, and gardening and animal care

Candidates live in their own simple cabins without the modern convenience of electricity. They will learn to chop their own firewood for heat. As they build skills to adapt and overcome in these daily challenges and more, they will employ these skills in their future ministry. We want to see our candidates:

Ready for ministry, Set for missionary life, and prepared to GO with the gospel.
